Steamed Chocolate Cake

Yes, you read the title right. My sister usually steams her chocolate cake mixes…her daughter (and the rest of the family) loves it that way. Cooks fast, too. lol. I must admit, I was surprised (wouldn’t have thought of it myself!) but I was more surprised with how well it turned out! It was soft, moist, and totally delicious! Forgot the brand that she usually buys, though…maybe it has to do with the brand, too. Maybe.
