The first time I tried this was when I was already in college; we never had this back home. Sure, we use sticky rice a lot (my mom loves “kakanins”/snacks which utilizes sticky rice- guess I inherited that from her! lol), but not cooked this way. It tasted weird at first (maybe because of the rice flour covering), but I eventually got hooked. Am not sure if my mom would like this. Maybe she will… :)
